andre, yes, in this summer Tu-134 is still flights. For example, Centre-Yug(Bylina): Perm-Simferopol, Perm-Gelendzhik-Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk-Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk-Chita-Blagoveshensk-Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk-Khabarovsk-Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, etc. But I'm not 100% sure that it will be the Tu-134.

I thought Bylina only have Yak-40. What are the Katekavia Tu-134 scheduled flights ? I can't find them on AGENT.RU ? It is almost certain that I will visit Russia beginning of august. I want to set the route through the country and be sure to have the specific flights with the TU-134/154, Yak-40 (Vologda)and maybe a YAK-42 (Izhavia) or AN-24 (UTair Express or Izhavia). andre, KATEKAVIA now is only charter flights, UFA-N.MAR-UFA, UFA-USINSK-UFA and etc.
Last time in May 2014 was flight Moscow-Murmansk (Nordavia) on Tu-154 (KOSMOS) its realy cool.
Gazpromavia flying on Yak-42 in Ukhta everyday. In Syktyvkar airport stay 15 airplane Tu-134 now. But they no fly.

Yes the Gazpromavia Yak 42 is even on the schedule on the UTair website. But I looked to the gazpromavia TU-154 flights on the agent.ru website between 2 and 12 august. For example VKO-UFA/NYM/SVX. But you can't buy these tickets at this moment ? Are this charter flights ? With KOSMOS is very nice. If possible I buy a ticket but you can't find the KOSMOS flights. Syktyvkar is nice although it is painful for your eyes to see those TU-134 on the ground.

You can't buy a ticket on the Tu-154 GZP, because they are charter flights, Tu-154 carries only gasmen and other charter line gas industry. I do not know if it is possible to buy a ticket on the Tu-154 at the moment. Maybe "ALROSA" still continues to fly on the Tu-154 passenger line from the airport Mirnyi.

Maybe you are right about the TU-154. It is only possible with Alrosa Mirny to buy a ticket. If something else is possible let me know. Last year I saw Belavia with the TU-154 at Domodedovo but normally they use the B737.

andre, Kosmos Airlines will be flying from Syktyvkar to Simferopol on the Tu-154. Provisional timetable: 19, 26 July, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 August. Departure from Syktyvkar 15:10. But ticket sales have not started.

andre, with flights from Syktyvkar is unclear. But there is a better proposition. From Moscow(DME) to Simferopol daily Tu-154 Cosmos instead of Vim-Avia on Flights NN 329, NN 330 till 31 August. The tickets and timetable you can find on the website Vim-Avia http://www.vim-avia.com/en/ and others.

That is very very nice. I checked the VIM website and it is indeed TU-154 flights. Maybe I will book a Bylina TU-134 flight from Perm to Simferopol on a Tuesday and catch the VIM/Kosmos flight from Simferopol to Moscow. Is spotting/photography at Simferopol or Perm possible ? Anyway, although I feel very sad about the aircrash in Ukraine (B777 Malaysia Airlines) with all the victims from The Netherlands I am still thrilled about the possibilities to catch a Russian classic Tupolev 154 in august. Thank you guys. I also found a Tsentr Yug flight between Ufa and Naryan-Mar on a Sunday following an UTair Express AN24 to Kirov.

Maybe not always NN 329, NN 330 performs Tu-154.

Dear Andre, the KATEKAVIA still flying on Tu-134s, for example, KJA-IAA (KTK9371/72: http://russianplanes.net/id141516), from monday to friday every week this summer, but it's unclear to me how to book tickets on this flight, most booking systems have no possibility to do this. About Tu-134s state: their future seems very good in respect to their age. Sure. In the uncertainty of current economic and, moreover, political situation, purchases or leasing of new short-range planes for these airlines seems impossible for 1-2 years more.

Ubfortunately I can't visit Russia this year. Lots of opportunities to fly a Russian classic Tu134/154 or Yak40/42. Would have love to fly Kosmos Airlines, Bylina or Centr Yug. I hope next year. I heard that Kosmos will get 2 more former Ak Bars Tu154's and maybe Aeroflot IL96 aircraft. Is this true? This means next year still Tu154's in the sky flying passenger. What will Alrosa Mirny do with Tu134/154's ? Out of service ?
